The Moulin is nestled in amongst the charming countryside of Compreignac, in the heart of the Limousin, Dept. 87, of South-West France. To give you a better feeling of the terrain, the Moulin is situated on the bank of Lac de St Pardoux, which is renowned for its outstanding scenery within which you can take leisurely walks, go cycling, fishing, or partake in watersports on the lake itself.
The property was originally an ancient flour mill, which over the last few years has been lovingly renovated into a beautiful home and chambres d'hotes. On the ground floor there is an open plan dinning area and lounge where a woodburner creates a wonderful ambience. Leading out from the patio doors is a verander where you can have breakfast if you wish, or just sit and relax with a drink and watch the ducks on the pond.
